Management goals Management is focused on core assets where in-house expertise gives the Company a technical advantage. The Company maintains operatorship wherever possible. A program of acquiring assets in current core areas has resulted in a further strengthening of our position in the Barrhead area. Desmarais has a predominant vision of growth via the drill bit. However, through acquisitions of lands and pipelines in concentrated areas, drilling operations can be supplemented by enhancing production through workovers and tie-ins of existing wells. The Company has a current inventory of 12 wells which are shut-in awaiting further evaluation and will be placed online in a timely fashion, eight of them from a recent acquisition. Ten of these wells are equipped and tied-in to Company-controlled infrastructure. |
